BE MY NEIGHBOR quilt

I started this quilt on May 4, 2020. It's called "Be My Neighbor" the pattern was free from Moda Bake Shop in 2018. I downloaded all of the block instructions and this coloring page at the time. I believe it was a quilt along hosted by Pat Sloan. I watercolored this page and only ended up changing a few things as I went. It was a helpful tool.

This is the fabric I used for all of the windows. It was the perfect size.

This is the fabric that I cut the ghosts out of and also the spooky tree was part of this.

Mr. and Mrs. Frankenghost go trick or treating.

I quilted it with Ghosts.
I used this skeleton panel for the back.

This thing is huge! It measures 86 x 73.

The house on the left has a mailbox.
Check out the windows.
Each row of houses has a different night sky.

It's a good thing one of those ghosts was a pirate. Just the perfect touch for the boat.
Here's the spooky tree.

These ghosts are my favorite!
I put the binding on this on 6-3-2020. It took me a month from start to finish.

  1. Another fun Halloween quilt using bits of fabrics I passed by over the years and now wish I hadn't!

  3. OMG your quilt is hysterical! I love the pirate ghosts and that spooky tree. I am also making this quilt right now, although mine is much more sedate. Sandy at sewhigh.blogspot.com
