Farmyard Baby Quilt

Here's a Baby quilt I started last week. My friend gave me 2 Charm packs of farm prints. I used both of them for this quilt. I used a horse shoe print as the background. The pattern is called "Roundabout" from the book "Another Bite of Schnibbles".

For the back I used a minky type fabric. It was leftover from my Christmas Cactus quilt back. Can you see the Chickens I quilted on it here.

I also quilted Chicken wire on it. 

I used a red thread. 

Here's the entire back. The chickens are in the middle of the fencing. I will bind it tomorrow with the horse shoe fabric. Binding is already made. This will be my 8th finish for February! 40x40 inches.
