I managed to assemble the top portion of this fantastic quilt. This quilt is a Cheri Payne pattern that is part of a sew along being hosted by Lori of Humble Quilts. I have had to improvise and make it mine like all of the other quilters working on this project. It has been really fun working on this puzzle.
My Liberty Bell is waiting for the bottom assembly before it finds a place to call home. The log cabin block got its crow.
Here are the other parts for August. Can't wait for the last 2 months of instructions.
Your quilt is looking great. It's so fun to see the blocks together. I like the scrappy backgrounds on your stars. I took my liberty bell off of the snails trail blocks and it's looking for another place on the quilt. It's harder to find the right place than I thought.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice comments. My bell is blending in too much. I will have to wait and see or change its color.
