I quilted this panel free motion like. It was donated to a charity.

I made this quilt from the leftovers of the Merrily quilt from a few years ago. I had a lot of the animals left from that quilt and I had a lot of other odds and ends from it also. I just added some odd backgrounds to it from my stash. I had to piece the border with a couple of the reds.
This is the back of the quilt. Notice that the wider trees have a chimney. Ha! More leftover pieces that I couldn't let go to waste. So the birds and the squirrels must have a cozy fireplace up in those trees. I only have a little bit of a brown fabric left. Technically I was able to get 2 more quilt tops out of the leftovers from that kit.

This is another charity quilt I made with 3.5" squares that a friend gave me. I made 4 patches and sashed them with my own salmon colored solid. I used the salmon on the back and used it for binding as well.
I made a Santa pillow from the leftover fabric from the Jolly Holiday quilt in the previous post. I changed his lips to pink.

  1. You're doing what I'm doing. I trying to use up Christmas fabric from a previous project. Your quilt is delightful and peaceful. I love the back.
