Sweet Land of Liberty August

I have made a little progress on my Sweet Land of Liberty blocks. Sew along by Humble Quilts.

These 3 fabrics are going to be the long skinny flag block.  I drew the liberty angel and Liberty Bell just have to get them fused onto the backgrounds and raw edge applique them down.

Dreamweaver quilt

My friend gave me a bunch of fabric that she wasn't going to use. I took a jelly roll of Jan Patek designs and put these dreamweaver blocks together. 

This is a super fast pattern by Missouri Star Quilt Co.

Here are the blocks on the design wall.

Here are the blocks sewn together with the vertical sashing. I still have to assemble the rows with the horizontal sashing between the rows. I don't have a matching border yet. These fabrics are not my style at all but it looks pretty good so far. 

Make your own adventure quilt along

I got the last round on. I might put a small navy border on and navy binding. I have to purchase the fabric yet. The directions were free on Moda Bake Shop- Camp Oda May

I love the arrows and the dark blue background it really makes the entire quilt.
