Here is my version of Laura Heine's Ebba pattern. 

I put the binding on it and it is hanging next to my bed.

The quilting pattern is called modern peacock. I used turquoise thread.

Stars of Glory in Daysail

This quilt was made with a Fat Eighth bundle of Bonnie and Cammile's Daysail fabric line.

I had this in my stash for several years. I had at least 3 other ideas for this fabric. I kept changing my mind. 

So I finally settled on a pattern called "Stars of Glory" by Farmyard Creations. This is a booklet pattern that is from 1997. Ha!

I made my version one row and column bigger. I also used three different backgrounds for the stars.

Backing fabric from JoAnn's it matches perfectly. I don't worry too much about mixing lower quality fabric with higher quality fabric. I've never had a problem so far.

The Binding Shot. Trying to be artistic with the cheap, old camera. Gotta love striped binding. It compliments the border fabric well.
